What Makes a Good Dangerous Drug Case?

A good dangerous drug case has to be the right kind of drug that has been evaluated and shown to be a risk, and the person has to have suffered symptoms that are life-altering. Kidney failure and liver disease, I mean, and many, many different things that change a person’s life. It has to be serious, in other words.

And then it has to be brought within a certain timeframe, because cases have limits. That’s called a statute of limitations, and it’s different in every state, but you have to bring your case within a certain limited time to make it valid legally.
