This past Fri. May 18,2012 I found an article on the internet about Medtronics Infuse and the associated health risks. I had this installed to my low back during a posterior fusion in 2004. I have had several health problems and odd symptoms ever since. I am wondering if there are any legal rights I may have pertaining to Medtronics or anyone else involved. I have had 2 more back surgeries both to repair and remove the initial Infuse fusion; although I’m not sure that all of it could be removed. I was completely unaware until last Fri. that there were any problems with Infuse. Please reply Thank You.
