Have you missed me?
Harassment Harry, the collection agent who hacks into Darrell Castle & Associates’ website, is back!
I hope you had an awful Thanksgiving.
Last week, Darrell Castle & Associates released a “cute” story on The Life of a Credit Card on Black Friday.
I hope that’s your credit card! I hope that you’ve spent so much money on meaningless entertainment items that you’re swimming in debt. I hope that you’re drowning in that pool of debt so bad that you’ve missed multiple mortgage payments. Then, I get to come and take your house from you.
What’s on your kid’s Christmas list? They can’t decide between an XBox One or a PlayStation 4? Get them both!
I ask Santa for foreclosed homes every year. I love them.
Don’t listen to Darrell Castle & Associates though. They’re going to try to tell you to come and see them if you’re behind on your mortgage payments. Don’t do it! Keep spending money on other things that don’t matter.
They’re going to try to tell you through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can usually keep your home and other property.
They’ll tell you that if you find yourself in a situation where you can no longer make your house payments but your house is impossible to sell because you owe more than its value, Chapter 7 can provide relief through discharge of the mortgage debt.
Don’t listen to them though. I want your house for Christmas! Think about me. What’s the saying again, “it’s better to give than to receive?”
Give me your house! Don’t contact Darrell Castle & Associates!
