Timing is very important. You know that. I know that. And it’s even more important when you’re struggling financially.
When you have debt you just can’t pay, you have two options:
1. You can sit around and do nothing.
2. You can TAKE ACTION by contacting the right bankruptcy lawyer.
The choice is yours, but here’s a little insight into what’s behind both doors.
So, you decide to choose option 1. You don’t take action, continue living life the way you have been and let it play out. You’re hoping your circumstances will change. Maybe you’ll run into some extra money or something.
But your situation probably won’t change because you aren’t doing anything to make it. Stressful days and sleepless nights continue to pass you by as you’re worrying about how you’re going to make ends meet and provide for yourself or your family. The stress keeps building and building. And so does the debt. It becomes unbearable.
Then, you start receiving harassing phone calls from creditors wanting their money. They begin threatening to take your stuff — your home, car and wages. You need all of that stuff though, don’t you?
Well then you should’ve picked option 2. You go online and search for the right bankruptcy attorney. You want one that has a track record of good results and great customer service, which you can find on a client testimonials page. You call that attorney and set up a free bankruptcy consultation.
You go in, meet with the attorney and discuss your finances. You tell your story and the attorney will tell you your best options. Maybe it’s bankruptcy. Maybe it’s not. But odds are, bankruptcy WILL be your best option.
By filing for bankruptcy, you can discharge your debt through a Chapter 7, or you can lump your debt into an AFFORDABLE 3-5 year repayment plan through a Chapter 13. Each chapter comes with its own qualifications that your attorney can explain to you.
And then once the bankruptcy is complete, you’re free of that debt. You have a clean slate and a fresh start. You have a great opportunity to begin rebuilding your finances the right way, and here’s a great tool that can help you!
