Our Law Firm Staff
The team supporting our bankruptcy and personal injury attorneys and clients
Amanda Bond
Office Coordinator
As the office coordinator for the firm, Amanda coordinates all the bankruptcy appointments within the office. When you come into the office, she’ll be the person who greets you with a warm, welcoming smile. Knowing that she’s helped in the process of making this troubling time for you a little easier is the greatest reward in her job here at Darrell Castle & Associates.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with friends and family. She loves animals and has three cats. She also enjoys any outdoors activity along with working out, shopping, camping and watching sports.
Joan Castle
Office Manager
Joan has been working at Darrell Castle & Associates since the beginning, in one way or another. When she began working full-time at the firm in 1995, she became the manager of the non-attorney personnel. Her experience with our staff is that they work well with our attorneys, are great at what they do and really care about our clients.
She enjoys managing the office and developing a team that exceeds our clients’ expectations. She feels for the clients, and strives to ensure they get the best service around, or she wants to know about it.
Outside of work, Joan is involved in her church missions committee. She’s also on the board of Hope for Collierville, a nonprofit organization that centers around giving hope to people who are struggling in life. She’s also the Co-Founder and President of Mia’s Children Foundation, a mission/orphanage in Romania that serves gypsy street children and other children who are at risk.
She loves holidays and enjoys spending time with Darrell, her daughter and son-in-law and of course, her grand-dog Henry.
Ginger Murchison
Personal Injury Paralegal
Ginger has been a paralegal for 10 years and she’s worked at Darrell Castle & Associates since 2011. She’s a personal injury paralegal and assists the attorneys with automobile accidents, product liability, workers’ compensation, Social Security and medical malpractice claims. She also helps out in the bankruptcy department when needed.
She loves the staff at Darrell Castle & Associates because no one seems to treat clients as just another case or claim. She says that it’s nice to see each person helping the clients and showing the empathy, compassion and understanding that every individual deserves.
Outside of work, Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband, son (aka Spiderman) and dog, Titan. A Tennessee sports fan, she was born and raised in Memphis and will always be a Tigers fan…unless they are playing the Vols.
Connie Wiggs
Bankruptcy Paralegal & Operations Manager
Connie has been working at Darrell Castle and Associates since 2009 as the Operations Manager and Assistant to Darrell Castle.
She enjoys working at Darrell Castle & Associates because it’s like family. “We love helping people and that’s what we do. We see families come in thinking there is little to no hope and we are able to not only give them hope, but a fresh start in life and a better future so they can focus on the joys in life!” Connie said.
She thinks working in the office is like a ministry and she loves knowing she gets to be a small part of this.
Outside of work, Connie just likes to relax. Her youngest son will be going off to college in the fall so she’s spending every minute (that he’ll give her) with him. She loves watching him play soccer and competing in the “Knowledge Bowl” for his school.
