If Zofran caused your baby’s birth defects, you could be the voice

Hello this is Darrell Castle and I’m an attorney listened to practice law in the state of Tennessee. And on this video today, I want to talk to you about children who are born with birth defects. Children who are born with birth defects because of Zofran.
This is because their mothers – in the first trimester of their pregnancy at least if not all the way through their pregnancy – took the drug for morning sickness and nausea. She might have been prescribed this drug by her doctor or perhaps she called the drug in or the doctor’s nurse called the prescription in for her. Or perhaps it was just given to her. Maybe she didn’t even know she was taking Zofran. But nevertheless, Zofran has been associated with birth defects in babies.
Birth defects like a hole in the heart, heart murmur, cleft palate, cleft lip and things like that.
Well, we are investigating Zofran and the manufacturers of Zofran for the purpose of filing lawsuits against them to try to get compensation for these babies who were born with defects.
These cases are not about the doctor. And they’re not about the pregnant mother either. They’re about the children.
The doctor didn’t even really know what he was doing most-likely. But the manufacturer of this drug – we allege – did know what it was doing and they should pay for what they’ve done. They should be held accountable for what they’ve done.
These children that were injured – for life many of them – by this company have no voice except for yours. They cannot help themselves. They cannot come to my office and tell me what happened to them.
But the parents can make a claim for them. And so when they’re 18 years old, they can have enough money to go to college or to do whatever they want to do in their lives by themselves.
Only you can do that for them. You are their parents. You owe it to them to hold this company accountable for what it did for them. And if you have a child like that folks,
