Used during general anesthesia, this injection has been recalled because of particulate matter found in certain vials. Particulate matter can cause serious vein and heart problems, shock, and even death.

Oral contraceptive recalled for packaging errors. White placebo tablets were placed in the wrong row. While the tablets are identifiable by color, incorrect use could result in unintended pregnancy.
Nidek Medical Products, Inc: oxygen concentrator models
Nidek’s oxygen concentrators are used in home and nursing home care situations when patients need supplemental oxygen. A failing component has caused some models to catch on fire in residences – resulting in damaged property and a loss of oxygen for the patient.
