And the answer is YES, absolutely you can finance a car after you’ve done a Chapter 7. Here’s how you go about it. When you file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, it’s going to take about three to four months to be completely finished. But about 30 days after you file, you’re going to have a meeting.
